Soares & Co. Bakery was founded in 2022 based on a simples yet ambitious idea: to create a space where artisanal bread, high- quality ingredients, and a spirit of friendship would be at the hearth of everything. The project began when three friends, Ricardo Soares, Filipe Narciso and Tiago Marujo decided to turn their passion for good food and socializing into their own business.

   Through conversations, shared experiences, and countless recipe trials, they realized they wanted to create something different: a modern bakery that still honors baking traditions. Their goal was to offer fresh, carefully crafted bread and create a welcoming space where people could start their day or take a break with authentic products.

   The name Soares has a special meaning. "Soares" comes from Ricardo Soares, the group's baker and the person most closely associated with the art of breadmaking. It was his experience and dedication to baking that inspired the bakery's identity. The "& Co." represents the partnership and team spirit among the three friends who brought the project to life.

   From day one, Padaria Soares & Co. was conceived as more than just a bakery. It is a place that blends tradition and innovation, friendship and hard work, where every loaf of bread and every product reflects the care, dedication, and history of three friends who decided to build something together.
